The RI Coordination team is in charge of supporting the definition of AXA IM RI strategy as well as the implementation of the related roadmap. The team is also involved in the anticipation and preparation to Sustainable Finance regulatory evolutions, engaging with policy-makers, industry groups and peers on these matters.  

The main responsibilities of the role  : 

•    Develop analysis on Sustainable Finance policy development to support influence work (incl. preparation of meeting with policy-makers and regulators, responses to consultations, preparation of industry associations discussions, etc.)
•    Participate to the implementation of AXA IM RI strategy by supporting the RI coordination team on selected tasks (incl. market watch, committee organization, etc.) 

Education/Level of studies: Masters degree relating to Sustainability / Public Affairs / Finance

Technical skills:
•    Some experience of sustainability topics and if possible, law / Sustainable Finance regulation
•    Excellent written communication and presentation skills
•    Demonstrable interest in wider responsible investment and ESG issues.
